Well of course I AM FOCUSING ON MY BODY. Everyone has a picture or someone that inspires them! Photoshop or not anyone can tone of like this with hard work. I was simply asking for GREAT exercises that benefit the tummy area very well. BUT, Thank you for your advice anyways. :)

There are three cycles you have to follow. It's a book :) You can lose 5 lbs in the first week. Check your local stores for it.

Omg. I'm 5'0 and weigh 152.2 now! I've lost 8 lbs since January 1st. 12 lbs in all since I've had my daughter. My goal is 130 for now. I'm glad I read this because you were exactly where I am at. Love it! CONGRATULATIONS. :)

I do. My routine is different everyday though. I do Tae Bo, Pilates, Strength etc. I switch it up a lot so my body don't get used to one routine. I will workout for 45-1hr.
