Exercise Log HELP.

Ok, so I've been working out everynight about 11:00/11:30.

I workout for 15-30 minutes. I'm doing the ZuzkaLight workouts on YouTube (LOVE HER!!)

Anywho,

I'm wondering if I should be logging it as the next day or what?

Eh, I know it sounds stupid but I was just wondering.

I've been logging it on that same day instead of the next. I just want to be sure. Working out at night is new to me now, lol.

    I think you should log it the same day, in my opinion the nwxt day only starts when you wake up!
