I use the six star professional strength from Wal-Mart...I get the chocolate but they have other flavors too. It tastes really good and has around 25g protein per scoop :) There are others that are good as well though.

I wish I could walk during lunch break, the problem is that I work in an office setting that requires me to dress nice and it is soooo hot outside right now...I don't think I could get any real exercise in while wearing dressy shoes and I can't come back to work all sweaty and disgusting either:ohwell:

I usually get up about 5:45, so I wouldn't think that getting up a little earlier than that would effect much but who knows? I'm leaning toward the empty stomach thing, guess I'll have to attempt getting up a few minutes earlier (ugh) so that I can get something small in my stomach before working out and see if that fixes…

Watching your sodium intake is the best way I've found of keeping it in check :) I had that problem as well, when first I started keeping track of how much sodium I normally take in I was amazed at the amount and decided it was time to cut back!

I'm looking for some new stuff too...I've been working out to Beyonce and Black eyed peas lately, but I listen to mostly country. Doesn't seem to be a whole lot of upbeat, motivational country songs though...
