  • I use the six star professional strength from Wal-Mart...I get the chocolate but they have other flavors too. It tastes really good and has around 25g protein per scoop :) There are others that are good as well though.

  • I usually get up about 5:45, so I wouldn't think that getting up a little earlier than that would effect much but who knows? I'm leaning toward the empty stomach thing, guess I'll have to attempt getting up a few minutes earlier (ugh) so that I can get something small in my stomach before working out and see if that fixes…
  • Watching your sodium intake is the best way I've found of keeping it in check :) I had that problem as well, when first I started keeping track of how much sodium I normally take in I was amazed at the amount and decided it was time to cut back!

  • I'm looking for some new stuff too...I've been working out to Beyonce and Black eyed peas lately, but I listen to mostly country. Doesn't seem to be a whole lot of upbeat, motivational country songs though...
