How much protein is too much?
I recently started using whey protein powder, and on some days (today for example) my protein intake is adding up to about 120 for the day. I was wondering if that was too much or if that amount is still ok, anybody know the answer?

I currently have my settings on sedentary lifestyle because I do have a desk job where I am sitting most of the day, but I am extremely active once I am off work (I have two small kids and am a single parent, not to mention my workouts). Would it be better to have something that is higher in protein and sodium but lower in carbs, or something that is lower in cals, fat and sodium but much lower in protein? Trying to decide on a meal for lunch today and can't figure out which would be the better choice.
