Yes you can do it, what's important to remember is that you need to giver yourself the chance to work up to your potential. The first week or so you may not be able to do all the exercises...that gives you something to work towards. I think if you stick to level 1 a few times a week that's a great start. I have this DVD…

Well it wasn't all that bad of a weigh in...no loss but no gain either. I have to keep in mind that I had a big loss last week and I'm improving my health as I go along. I feel so good lately, so energetic and empowered to keep eating healthy and working out!!

I've actually been keeping a close eye on my sodium intake and its a nadda on the period too. I think its mental, all in my head and I hate it when I go through this!
