Anyone try a mixed martial arts class??
They are starting this class at my gym and I'm really interested in trying it, add some spice to my workouts I guess. If you've done this, what's it like? What's the intensity? I'm just afraid of going in there and looking stupid lol.

If not...OMG are you in for it LOL. Hubby and I did this the other night, it is on our OnDemand section for free right now. Its about 50 minutes of heart pounding cardio, 7 circuits total so its set up simillar to the 30 Day Shred.
