Very proud of myself

I haven't posted in ages but I feel so good about myself I wanted to share. I just completed my 5th week in a row of going to the gym! I usually go 3-4 times a week, and in the past I was so lazy about going that I would never really commit myself to making it a habit. Now it is, and I've made it part of my daily schedule! Weight loss is such a tough battle, but for once I feel like I can actually win this!!

  • You should be proud. I always feel better after excercising, but sometimes I talk myself right out of it and then regret it. Congrats to you for making it part of your daily schedule. :)

    Excellent. Now eating heathy and exercising is like showering and brushing your teeth! It's part of your daily routine!
