I hate days like this....

I just feel so fat today, almost like I haven't been eating well or working out which I have. I'm dreading getting on the scale tomorrow, fearful of what I may see. And its so weird because I've been super good this week with my calories, water intake and working out! Just one of those days I guess??
On a positive note, I am wearing jeans that came out of the dryer LOL Ahh no need to suck in or lay down to fit in them LOL

I know how you feel I have been having one of those days for two days. But I just jump back on the wagon and roll with it. I do not want my hard work ruined by a bad day0

did you eat high sodium or are you near your period? Maybe you are just bloated... I get that way. Avoid the scale until you feel more like yoruself :flowerforyou:0

You might be getting your P. perhaps that's why you feel that way. If you fit in your jeans right out of the dryer,that's great.0 -

I've actually been keeping a close eye on my sodium intake and its a nadda on the period too. I think its mental, all in my head and I hate it when I go through this!0 -

I feel the same way...but the scale didnt budge for me, so I am bummed... But I know I am near my TOM... so whatever.. It will be ok0

I know exactly how you feel - I'm feeling the same way today. Why is it that you never hear men saying they feel bloated?? Oh well, maybe its just a Friday the 13th thing????0

I felt that way the other day. I came up with a theory - since I've lost weight (11 lbs, like you!) I think I notice more subtle changes in my body. Before, I just felt bloated all the time. I still have a lot more to lose, but it just seems like I notice changes more now. Heck, maybe it's just the fact that we're more aware of everything - what we eat, how we feel, etc.0

I agree! I also think that as woman some times we just retain fluid for no apparent reason. .0 -
Well it wasn't all that bad of a weigh in...no loss but no gain either. I have to keep in mind that I had a big loss last week and I'm improving my health as I go along. I feel so good lately, so energetic and empowered to keep eating healthy and working out!!0
