I read these posts all the time from such great people on here, ones that have been super successful in their weight loss ventures, but I have yet to apply their advice to my life. I got on the scale this morning and I'm up 1.5lbs Of course this was a week where I didn't really count my calories, and if I did I probably wouldn't have gained. I did my workouts everyday, yet when I went back and calculated my net calories for a few days last week I was DRASTICALLY low UGH!!! This happened to me about a month ago, then I had a few great weeks, got comfortable and slacked off in the calorie tracking department.
I think I sometimes forget that this is an everyday effort, a life change. Its not that I was eating unhealthy this week, I just wasn't eating enough. I've got to push myself more to eat those damn calories LOL. Its all just so mental for me, and I can't get passed the idea that I need to actually eat to lose.
Sorry, I haven't been on a lot lately, maybe that's my problem too. I need to surround myself with all the successful and positive people here to keep me going. Today is a new day, next week is a new start and I will keep going!!
