i think the general rule is 1 cup = 250ml of course at the beginning i didnt realise this and was trying (and failing!) to drink 8 glasses a day,not knowing that our glasses are 500ml lol i nearly drowned haha xXx

i'm an over estimator too :) it just never crossed my mind because 160 is quite a lot of calories,but now i've seen it divided up i probably wont bother! thanks for the help :) xx

i created my own exercise called ''pedometer steps'' just to gve me something to log it under,and you can manually enter the calories burnt there,and i often just guesstimate the time if i'm not sure :) hope this helps :) xXx

hey! i use a wholemeal pitta bread split in two,tomato puree,redued fat cheese and whatever toppings you like :) i just pop it under the grill for the cheese to melt,et voila! hope this helps! xoxo
