  • why don't you try adding a whole wheat pasta with a light sauce and grilled chicken breast slices? you could also add a fish dish - like grilled or poached - can use any fish really. is it going to be catered? sit down meal or buffet style?

It's been proven that losing the weight at a slower more natural pace is easier to keep it off! to lose your total of 60 lbs I'd give it 1 1/2 to 2 years.   • That sucks...but it does happen....those days I call binge days...you could eat anything and everything. Drink lots of water with lemon slices in it! I don't know why but it seems to help...that and ginger tea-doesn't taste greate but seems to help. And don't sweat it! One day is not a huge deal!

  • Way to go!!!!! definitely not an easy feat! Here's a tip though to everyone....why not bring a dish to share that you made ...that way you know what's in it and can make it as healthy as you need (the others need it healthy too, they just won't acknowledge it!)
  • check out any heart healthy cookbooks, and weight watchers cookbooks. they usually have the nutritional information for all the recipes.
