yes they do i get the extreme cleavage bras and take out the pad.... they seem to last the longest of all the differetn ones i have owned and the most comfortable with LOTS of support

yes working out is a big key but also logging your food...u must do both

everyday bras or sports bras...i also go to fredericks for my everyday bras...

go to justmysize website and u can find good workout bras there...i have had one of mine for 3 years and its super comfortable i think i paid 20 or 25 for it if i can remember right....

i absolutely like the way you are doing things and i have been the same way and guess what i am loosing weight...i don't deprive myself of anything i want i just watch how much and log it... kudos to u and great work you should be more than proud!

depends on what you body fat percentage is...the less fat u have the more likely that will happen but only when you get very low on body fat otherwise i dont think so.

I could not agree with this more and I have this argument about this very subject very often. All the time I am thinking to myself that its not that difficult to understand...thank you for posting this and I hope lots of people read this!!!

i do not use a microwave not for any weird or crazy reason just because i eat healthier not making those quick meals in them... makes you think about cooking something healthy and more filing if it takes just as long to heat a tv dinner in the oven!

if you have a smart phone there is an app called my runkeeper and it calculates everything for you as long as it has a signal for the gps on the phone...easy to use and i love it...it even maps the entire thing so you can see where all you went...

I hate it too but like everyone pretty much has said start with walking...i slowly started getting more and more into that and now I am gonna start with zumba on Monday... you can do but go at your own pace
