Hi everyone. I just thought I'd stop by here and introduce myself and whatnot since I just signed up. I've tried some other similar sites, but so far they've all been a bit too complicated to keep up with on a daily basis. This one seems pretty awesome so far, so I'm pretty excited.
I've never had trouble losing weight until the last few years. I guess I finally started aging a little. Haha. Now I feel like I have to completely change my eating and exercise habits, but that's really a good thing, considering how awful I've been at eating healthy and exercising at all. Anyway, I'm rambling now. My point is that I have a LOT of trouble staying motivated (especially with a boyfriend who eats worse than me and is as addicted to soda as I am, but doesn't really intend to change), so if anyone has any tips on what's helped you, or just a hello, or anything at all really, it's greatly appreciated!

You dont need to diet on this app... eat what you like within moderation. Log all activities you have done and it'll tell you how much you have burnt...
so far i have lost 9ilb over past 4 weeks.0 -
Welcome aboard ! I am also a recently joined member and find it very easy and comfortable here.
Something you should very honestly do is - Get rid of your soda habit, switch to diet soda initially and then later on you can chose fruit juices over soda. Also, maintain your food diary - that really helps.
