Hi I just recently started working out and changed my eating habits 100% I am excited to use this app to help me in my journey to a happy and healthier lifestyle. I hope to meet some new people along the way!!!

    Tomorrow will be 3 weeks for me. I am down 9 pounds now. It would be more but I had a previously planned family minivacation. It has changed how I approach eating and view food. I am a chocoholic big time, but now every time I get a craving I look at the calories and know that they are empty calories. It usually enables me not to eat whatever I am looking at. MFP also has a great support system. Good luck!
