Well I didn't do too badly yesterday considering I had my 2 grandsons ages 2 and 6 for the day and a sleepover. Today I am going to need a nap and do my best to get in my swim, journal and climb on board. How are YOU all doing? Congrats to any and all who are 1 day or more closer to their goals!

Thank you everyone! I also found a great website "sparkpeople" that show you all different exercises you can print. I printed off 3 core, 3 lower body and 3 upper body to work on. They had them for beginners and advanced!!

:wink: Thanks for your post!! I got that information from the arthritis foundation so I hope it's correct. However. Too much weight isn't good for any body part. Haha! I myself have ALOT to loose. I for one chose swimming laps for an hour 3 to 4 times a week over the winter. I really need to add "land" exercise carefully…
