Hey,,i depend on soup alot home made soup always full of veg and low fat and u can add what u want.. veggie, tomato, ministroni, chicken and my fav crab meat and sweet corn. i add weird ingredients like chilli mustard and salsa to spice it up.. hey im new too...i weighed myself today no loss:-( dnt think im excercising enough.. ate 8,000 calories and lost 4,000 in excersie in 8 days what do you think x

yes well 8days.i should be eating no less than 1,200 calories im on track with that now but at first a struggle to eat that much..x

Hi, they say eat like a king at breakfast a queen at lunch and dinner like a pauper. sound about right it was our generation who changed dinner to be the large meal which just lies in our stomache before bed. hope this helps :-) x
