Hi ive just started last week.. and ive been doing some sort of excersize every day and calculated that i lost only half the calories what i ate (ate 8,000 calories excersized 4,00 calories off is this good.. im 254lbs and quite active???

yes well 8days.i should be eating no less than 1,200 calories im on track with that now but at first a struggle to eat that much..x0
