excercised half half he calories

Hi ive just started last week.. and ive been doing some sort of excersize every day and calculated that i lost only half the calories what i ate (ate 8,000 calories excersized 4,00 calories off is this good.. im 254lbs and quite active???

    Are these numbers over a week?

    yes well 8days.i should be eating no less than 1,200 calories im on track with that now but at first a struggle to eat that much..x
