Don't go confusing things with logic now.... like organizations are allowed to have rules. ;) men don't work out at Lady of America or Curves. Women aren't allowed into mens only golf organizations.

This method really does work! I buy 4 pounds of strawberries a week and they don't go bad. Lettuce doesn't go brown or limp.

Drink more water....a lot more. At least 8 - 8oz glasses per day. Let your goal be 10. I would recommend Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 2-3 times a day as an anti-inflammatory agent. (it has to be Bragg) www.bragg.com Eat some asparagus or brussel sprouts - they are good at flushing out water retention as well.

I like hummus as well! I like it plain or on a sandwich! I like mustard too. Less calories!

I'll do it, but I'm just starting today and I'm on vacation beginning July 28. But I'll do it the 4th - 27th! I'll get it done today after I ride my bike! :D
