I agree, our numbers are similar. I’ve been at this for years. But have been up and down, like a yo-yo! lol I’m highly motivated now due to my health, especially my lower back issues (okay, enough with the moaning!) How about you?

Pick the bones clean and weight out in portions and then freeze. Then when you need chicken again it's there. I use portions with my lettuce salads for work (3 oz.), Makes a healthy and delish salad!

Beef Jerky in the machine at work is only 50 cal. But it's a dollar a pop! So I'm making my own this weekend. Have it marinating in the frig right now. Hope it ends up cheaper then the stuff at work.

I eat the same thing every working day, Egg McMuffin and Hash Brown, 440 calories. Other meals vary. :flowerforyou:
