Everyone should include the name of the person they are guessing on...

ch178 - 26 EDIT: Off by a year. Not bad.

Remember that the 6 grams or less sandwiches assume no cheese. As soon as you add cheese, the 6 grams of fat goes out the window.

I don't "cheat" on my food. If I know I am going to eat something that is not optimal then I plan out my food for the rest of the day so I still meet my protein/carb/fat goals (or at least come really close). If I am planning on eating something that just doesn't allow me to make the number work out, I skip it. I have…

Three things to consider when going the P90X route. I just started my second month of P90X and this is what I personally have found: 1. Time. Expect to spend at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours working out 6 days a week. I went from doing P90 original (30-45 min) to P90X and it was definitely a commitment. You will need to be…

Good job dude! Are you doing any workout programs or just watching your food? I did P90 and am now doing P90X and it has worked wonders for me. Keep up the good work.

Change IMG on the front and back of the link to lowercase letters. I.e. change IMG to img. That should fix the link. I had the same issues and someone shared that tip with me.

I did my first P90X workout this morning. I am definitely in for the 90 days. If you have a teambeachbody account (They're free), you can follow the thread below. It is for P90X'rs would are starting from 9/12 to 9/16. I am in there and there will be many who will be logging their progress as they go. You can probably…

There is a Flex pic in my photos if you check the photos under my profile. I just didn't post them here. Not sure why.

Daaaaaang Gina!!!! You are rocking it! Keep up the good work.

@xfaultx The left is before day 1 (Actually I think I took those pics a week in). The pics on the right is day 90. Basically before and after pics. Note that I also followed a 40/30/30 (protein/carbs/fat) plan for my food (I was very diligent about it). I am fairly certain that helped my results. I start P90X on Monday.

I LOL'd! Literally!

Amazon.com for sure, although it may depend on which one you want. I priced out the Polar FT60 online and in all the local stores that carry Polar. Everywhere it was at least $199. I got it on Amazon.com for $150 (From a reputable seller, 24 Hour Fitness, not a tiny questionable online retailer).

I am on week 9 of "Classic" P90. I didn't have any previous history of serious exercising. I just decided that I wanted to be in better shape. Having a desk job for 10 years doesn't exactly inspire fitness. I don't need to lose weight (aside for a bit of a little belly), I want to tone up and put on some quality weight and…

I own the 305 and love it...however it will not work for tracking your heart rate while working out indoors. It is great if your primary mode of exercise is running, walking, etc, but it uses speed and distance to determine calories burned, not heart rate. I think the heart rate piece is meant to be used to observe trends…

I currently am a full grown working man with braces (1 1/2 years and counting). The first 2-3 weeks was the roughest. I remember thinking (rather dramatically) that I would never enjoy eating again. Buy some senodyne toothpaste to help alleviate the discomfort until you get used to them. Once you get past the first month…

If you ever decide to take up running or biking, a Garmin 305 is Great! It's a heart rate monitor and a GPS device that will track not only your heart rate, but also how far you go and how fast you are going. You can set goals for how far or how long to go, and you can also program alarms when your heart rate is too low or…

I just found this and thought I would add my 2 cents. I am two weeks in and started my third week this morning. I'm feeling great, getting stronger and feeling less tired. I am already noticing changes in how I look. It feels good to be working towards a healthier me. --QUESTION-- By the way, has anyone figured out how to…
