  • Ack! Totally forgot about this morning. It is actually a horrible weigh-in and a lousy challenge for me, but congrats to everyone who lost any amount. 180.5 today for me.   • Sorry I'm so late today. Had a dr. appt this morning, and just forgot to weigh in. Yesterday it was 179.0. Congrats to all of you that have lost weight on this challenge! I am trying to get back to where I started and then keep it moving down! :-)

  • Hi everyone. 179.6 for me. My body does not want to move anywhere but up. So frustrating!!! But, I did do Zumba yesterday for the first time in over a month - felt great! I've had a foot injury preventing me from exercising, but it felt ok yesterday. So happy about that!!!!
