    I am really happy I lost weight this week. I started walking 4 miles during my day at work. One mile on my 15 minute breaks and 2 miles on my Lunch break. I am feeling really motivated to lose week again, before I was sorta drifting, but I kept getting on MFP in hopes I get that motivation again! Which I think I did!

    Well--I'm not surprised between the things I've been eating (too much sugar) and TOM. This number won't define me, nor deter me! Next week BOTH the sugar and the TOM will be gone so I am expecting an outrageously GREAT number next week!

    Not much progress on the scale this week, but I made it through a fairly rough weekend without going too far overboard. I re-measured myself this morning and I've lost 3.75" in the past month, so I'm very pleased with that! :D
