I have no idea what happened. I have been good with my calories and have walk some as well. Being back at work doesnt help. I will reassess and try harder. I also upped my water intake.0 -

Well, the 3000+ calorie burn, water consumption and getting back to normal with food after my vacation paid off. This is the largest weight loss I have had since starting MFP, although much of my gain was restaurant food weight from 4 days of vacation at The Grove Park Inn in Ashville, NC. I know that I will not lose this much in a week normally, but I'm re-energized to reach my goals!! I will check back after work to see how everyone has done........Have a wonderful day everyone, and again, thanks Kristen for your work in keeping up with us all!!

And, I went the wrong direction this week. I have a lot of reasons/excuses as to why, but at least I know why!
I will be getting back on track this week as my life will return to normal (normal for me anyway) later in the week.

I did perfect last week, but I have been on an elimination diet from my Dr. and the shakes I'm having to drink to cleanse my liver is keeping my weight from budging even an ounce. Only one more week of this stupid diet and then I can eat normally again and finally see some weight loss.0 -

Got a little lazy after the end of the last challenge and went over calories a few times this week and did shorter workouts. Definitely need to re-focus this week!! Congrats to all the losers this week!!0 -
I gained a little but I know its from strength training & I'm also upping my food intake so my body is making major adjustments. I'm feeling good though. I've lost a few inches so I know adding strength training and cutting back some on my cardio is working for me. I hope everyone has an awesome week :flowerforyou:
