Sorry I'm so late today. Had a dr. appt this morning, and just forgot to weigh in. Yesterday it was 179.0.
Congrats to all of you that have lost weight on this challenge! I am trying to get back to where I started and then keep it moving down! :-)0 -
By the way, I'm so excited about my family's new "minivan!" The Yuba Mundo (www.yubaride.com), I'm going to add another bike seat to fit both my wee ones and away we go! I'm towing my old bike in this photo since that was how I got to the bike shop :happy:

Here is a sample of what our next challenge chart will look like.
It will start on April 9th and end on July 2nd. It will go for 12 weeks. I'll open it up to the public on March 26th. If you want to be a part of it, just let me know how many lbs you would like to lose during that 12 week period.

I think I'd better shoot for shedding 24 lbs. during the new challenge (as opposed to 30). 2 lbs a week will be plenty tough!~0

Just in case you didn't see my note, I want to be in the next challenge. I want to lose at least one pound a week and I'm set for 1-1/2 pounds, so I want to lose 12 lbs minimum.

up 2 pounds - ouch!! I am thinking that it could be due to some water gain with the extra exercise I put in this week along with TOM coming to visit this week. And I am sure the day I took of random overeating has had its effect too. I think I can regroup and still possibly meet my goal by Easter, but it will be a bit more difficult. On the happy side though I got in 7.5 hours of exercise this week, and today when I took my measurements I lost an inch off my waist and hips since last month.0 -

At least I didn't gain. I had a REALLY bad weekend of eating/drinking so I'm proud I didn't go back up. I really hope to meet my goal for April, just gotta stay focused. I read a ton of success stories on MFP last night and it had me wondering... why am I taking so long to lose this weight? I guess everyone does it at a different pace. At least it is coming off, right?0
