    I have been so bad with keeping up with everything lately... it has been a CRAZY month!!! I'm so sorry I forgot to weigh in again... I promise to try to do better and use you all (who are doing much better than me!) as inspriation!!

    Kristen, my weight for this week would have been 147.4... again, sorry and thank you so much for being so understanding.

    How's everyone doing out there? Hope your week is going great. Tomorrow is my morning breakfast potluck at work, wish me luck in resisting it! last week was easy as our grade level was providing the food, so I just packed up some pumpkin steel cut oats in my crock pot and ate that.

    Just finished day 4 of my workouts this week, just have weight lifting left tonight when hubby gets home. Ya'll have a great evening and weekend!!

    Down .8 pounds which still works. I did log, drink water & stay active, but this week I would like to add to stay closer to my daily goals too. Goal for this next week = keep logging, keep up the water, keep active & stay closer to my daily goals. It would be awesome to reach 176 a week early. It could happen.
