Hooray, I dropped the water weight from last week's gain! I'm having issues with the type of food I'm eating due to my new living arrangement, but I'm doing my best to guesstimate and stay on track. Well those 2.8 pounds I lost found me again. Three day ski trip and another weekend
away visiting friends. I will try my best this week to take that off again. Getting to my goal
is a struggle lately. I also had two week of back pain which put my exercising to a standstill.
I do hope this shall pass.
