    Sorry, I forgot all about weighing in last Sunday night. I have been up a little 2 weeks in a row now. :frown: However, I have reset my ticker back to what is was (versus zeroing it out at the start of 2012). I need that to help motivate me to start getting the numbers to head downward again!

    Still at 197 this week, and that's ok. I went really hard at the gym on Saturday and pulled a muscle in my right leg... pretty sure it's the calf. Guess I need to find some alternative exercise this week so I don't re-injure or gain!

    Okay I started eating more and it helped me finally get a bit of weight loss going again. Yay!!!!! Still eating clean though!!!!! Just eating a bit more of those fantastic yummy nutrients!!!!!!
