    Stand every time you're on the phone. It burns more calories then sitting. Glad im back on track. I almost gave up on this challenge.

    RAINDROP: I will get out my Dance 2 Wii songs and start dancing again.
    i also purchased a pedometer and started tracking my steps.

    This week, I'd like the challenge to be move more while having fun, so I thought it should be dancing! Dance to at least 2 fast paced songs of your choice a day (more if you can!).

    weight 143 and holding. Im not to worried since I have been playing soccer and building muscle. After about a month I will start losing again. I have to rebalance my food intake and it always takes me a few weeks. I need to up my water intake.

    Oh and congrats to the biggest losers and I love...let me say LOVE the challenge!!

    Oh man - I woke up really early today! Just thought I'd share the thought that I'm so glad to be doing this because: I'm not afraid of my closet this morning! I feel like I'm in control of my weight, and I'm not going to be surprised by pants that are too tight! It was a really good feeling, but kind of silly too.Thought that might make someone on here laugh this morning. Hope you all have a great day!

    LOL, I'm afraid of my closet at the moment, but that's because my daughter took a shelf out of there to put a new fish tank on, and she left all the stuff that was on the shelf on my floor, ugh.. I know what I'll be doing this weekend!

    But you are right, being on top of your weight is a great feeling, here shortly you'll be having the problem I'm having, barely any clothes left after cleaning out my "too big" stash and sending it to the second hand store!

    I increased my calories and was a little worried about it
    because was moving.
    Today the scale was down. Now to keep it going down until
    Monday. :bigsmile:

    Bought a pedometer to keep track of my steps.
    The goal is 10,000 steps a day. So far I have only reached over 5,000
    in a day. Still working on it.
    Tomorrow's goal is going for a long walk. Maybe that will make a big
    difference in the steps.

    I love the 10,000 step goal. What worked for me was i run my c25k then i do a leslie sansone video. I usually have about 11,000

    Hi all! I'm really wanting to step it up this week and hit bigger numbers on the scale. Got in a great workout at the gym today, and I'm heading back tomorrow.

    I've been doing the C25K podcast, and so far so good. I joined the 2012 challenge at the gym, and they put (larger than expected)photos of all 15 challengers up on a bulletin board. It's a bit startling to see my photo up there, but makes me want to push even harder so I don't look like a lame-o if I'm not giving it my all.

    Thinking of you all even though I can rarely get online these days! Thank goodness for the iPod App so I can get food & exercise logged and see what those on my Friend list are up to.
