    Everyone - Do any of you have buns saggier/wigglier, etc than you want? What about thighs? Tne thing I'm going to incorporate for these is (since lunges really hurt my knees and squats almost as much) step ups on an 18" box (or whatever height your knees can stand). Up right foot, up left foot, down right foot, down left foot. Do that for awhile and then reverse to start with your left foot. When it gets easier, hold weights!

    That's a great challenge! I can incorporate that into my daily exercise. :happy:

    Minor loss this week. Haven't been logging properly and haven't ate all that good. Also had 2 losses in my pet family so been feeling really blue so quite pleased to have a small loss. Back on it this week big time. Would like to end the challenge on a high note :)

    I got that 2 pound gain back off - Whew! plus another .2. I'm not sure if I will quite make my goal, but I am happy with getting close to it, and I am still going to give it my best shot to get to. I am thinking a decade mark would be a nice Easter present to my health. I am looking forward to our new challenge too. Thanks Kristen for setting that up!!!

    Only 0.4lbs lost this week! I'm pretty sure I'm not making my goal unless I have an organ removed! Oh well.... It was an ambitious goal and I'm only 7lbs away so we'll call it a win anyways! ☺

    Thank you guys for your sweet comments last week. Unfortunately I've gained water weight this week thanks to a combination of TOM, starting a new workout program (c25k), and 2 drinks during the final four game. This was a very hard week on me emotionally regarding my soon-to-be ex-husband and his never-ending ability to be a real scumbag. Can't wait until the whole divorce process is behind me. Oh well, I'm still sitting at my original challenge goal, and I should be firmly back in onederland next week hopefully.

    I lost a pound this week to be weighing in at 185.0 ! I have lost 10 pounds on this challenge and i have like 5 more to loose for this challenge and i am happy with the 10 i have lost !

    weighed in at 139.2. Ouch. I forgot to weigh myself this morning thanks a plumbing issue that ate up my whole day. I ate breakfast and lunch before I weighed myself so I am not sure how accurate this is. I apologize for the late post.
