The results from eating more food has paid off. My body is starting to trust that I'm going to feed it well so it gave me a big WOOOOOSH!! I'm super excited! Eating 2500 calories, only exercising for 35 minutes a day and still lose??? I didn't believe I could eat that much...exercise so little and still have results. Well I was wrong.
I hope everyone had an awesome week. Whether the scale moved down, up or stayed the same hang in there!! Keep thinking positive & pushing forward.

Going in the wrong direction. I made some bad choices last week, lots of eating out. I am focused today and feel good. Starting Cycle 1 of the 17 Day Diet tomorrow so I am hoping to see better results at next week's weigh in.0 -

Even though it was a bad week and still battling with my lower
back I only gained a few ounces. I managed to lose the pounds that came from
poor snack choices and retaining sodium. So now onward and hoping for better

Totally discouraged by my gain this week. I worked so hard, every single day...except one lousy day I went over by 400 calories. I suppose perfection is in order for me if I want to continue losing. Which doesn't seem realistic at all. All I can do is try harder this week.
It's great to see so many people SO very close to their first mini goals! It's great encouragement and I'm happy for every single one of you! And also to those who continue losing weight even if you're not close to your mini goals...you are doing awesome! And to those of us who have gained...keep up the hard work, it will happen for us too. Be patient!0 -

Not terribly surprised to see a gain this week. TOM, plus I had a long weekend out of town which were high calorie days. Mostly assuming its water weight though because I was at 193.25 on Friday. Oh well, I had a great week and I deserved to enjoy myself for once. I also successfully ran for 20 minutes straight on Friday which is a lifetime record for me! Back on track now and hoping to get out of the 190's ASAP!! lol

:sad: Awwww.... I knew this would happen, but I'm still bummed about it.
I had a very bad week...:grumble: I was travelling for work and had to step out of my routine and eat at restaurants... where my self-control is pretty much non-existent! I'm hoping some of that gain is water but I'm not fooling myself either. I have to step it up this week. I've been stuck between 142 and 138 for a while and I'm tired of it. :explode:
The worst part is I'm travelling for work AGAIN this week, so I don't know if I'm going to be able to reach that mini-goal of 138 for the next weigh-in...0 -

Now I'm starting to get pissed. I'm doing the 30DS, and exercising regularly for basically the first time in my life, and I'm gaining weight doing it. I remeasured and I've lost 2.5" (only from arms and legs) over the past couple of weeks, but that is little consolation.0
