Not thinking I am going to make my first mini goal, but I am excited to see the scale drop back down this week. Plus, I was able to put on a pair of jeans that I have been trying to get into. I wasn't able to even pull them all the way up when I bought them! Now I can get them up ans zipped! I can't wear them in public, but

My goal right now is to focus on losing, regardless of what else is going on, because THIS is something I can control. My kids' nanny had a psychotic break and ran away from home (since found by the police, but unstable), I have a 41 page grievance to file at my school, and work is overwhelming me. But at least I'm making progress here!

Not sure how I lost that much weight. I only worked out 2 days this week because I've been so tired, busy, and sick this week. I worked really hard to stick to my calories and eat healthy. I guess this proves eating healthy is the way to weight loss. I promise I did nto starve myself or anything like that. A couple days I didn't eat too much because I was sick and jus wanted to sleep. This week I'm back to working out hopefully but not sure because looks really busy again. Thanks for this great group it really keeps me on track!0 -

AmandaWarnerz1 - You might survive if you eat somewhere between 1/4 - 1/2 of what they put on your plate. Your taste buds will still be happy and you might be happier with your scale. Good luck!
