Personally, I like cologne. If you smell good you look good;) Sometimes, I like the casual look. Jeans and a white T-shirt(untucked) can be very sexy.

I had the same problem! What I learned is the same as everyone elses posts. The two that worked the best for me was 1. don't decline any offers(no one else will dance w/ you...the rejection thing). 2. Give encouragement...smile, and eye contact.

Ditto but realistically I can't go to the gym twice a day and spend 2 hours a pop there;). Unfortunately, I just want fast results and get discouraged b/c w/o that it's hard to keep my momentum.

I had knee surgery too. I switched up the exercise I was doing and that helped. Eliciptal, swimming, biking are the exercises my orthopedic recommended. You may also want to check out your shoes. Less expensive shoes can be hard on the knee so you may want to invest in a good pair. The best thing is moving a little bit…

I had one of those..ok, maybe two of those days(grin). As painful as it was I logged it. Then I freaked out, got depressed, and then got back on track. The back on track saved my skin and I ended up loosing a pound.
