  • 10/18: 242.2 10/25: 244.2 Last few weeks have been a real struggle. I started off so motivated and saw the weight loss just to gain most of it back. I can’t pinpoint what the issues are but my adjusted goal is to lose 1 pound by my 10/31 weigh-in.
