if im short on steps I use an aerobic step while watching TV. I'm upgrading to fitbit charge HR on Friday from the flex. Looking forward to trying it out

What is AIP ? I have hypothyroidism. Really hard to lose weight. Slow process. It took me a year to lose 25 lbs last year but I kept pushing forward. Suffer with bad digestion and constipation so I'm go in no to remove wheat from diet for a month to see what difference it makes.

Hi just wanted to say I'm in a very similar situation to yourself. I'm a teacher/sahm during summer and I've two kiddies. I don't eat all my exercise cals back but do eat some. I mainly exercise in the gym doing classes like spinning etc. I eat yogurt/ nuts as snacks as well as the fruit/veg Freind me if you want.
