it depends on how late it is, if it's 9:00 or earlier, i'll grab a fruit or some veggies but if it's after 9:00 i usually just ignore it. some people might disagree with this strategy, but it's keeping me on track & works for me :)

i've experienced this with so many friends! if you dont want to take my advice then why are you asking?!!?!?!

that's the idea behind it, however, i didn't. i did it about 4-5 days in a row then i took a day off then did the same level for 1-2 more days, then i went up a level. start off doing level one each day, once it seems to be "easy" or you're getting bored, move onto the next level. I used 30DS as my "strength training"…
