I got mine for Christmas. Still trying to figure a few things out with it. But it is motivating me to move! Is there a way to track your water intake on the Garmin or fitness pal app?

I should have eaten the almonds. I didnt end up eating and I did gain 0.5lb overnight when I usually lose overnight. MFP tells you everyday on the bottom of your chart that if you dont eat your calories your body will go into starvation mode and conserve calories making it hard to lose weight.

Thanks everyone. I guess I need to watch my calorie count earlier in the day from now on. I have quite a few days that I go under. I really want to do things right and reset my metabolism

I am on 1220 but when I like to snack lately I have been grabbing bags of the 94% fat free popcorn. They fill me up and there is alot in there so I feel like I am actually getting something good! Also I get the kettle corn so it satisfies my sweet tooth as well

Went to Corner Bakery and started to order Half Moon Ravoli...then I was talking to the cashier and asked about getting a to go box to put half of it in...the cashier said they have a Cafe Version that is half the order...and so half the calories. So I got to have a filling pasta and garlic bread for under 500 calories!!…

I work from home a few days a week and those lunch hours are usually spent running my two teenagers here or there so its easy to go thru a drive thru...then immediately after work I am taking them to some appt. or sporting event. Thanks for your replies. I am new to MFP so I wasnt sure. My protein yesterday was 70 but it only suggested 46 for me so I was curious. So I guess I am still okay then
