I found out about a month ago that I a B12 deficient. The Dr. has prescribed vit B12 shots for me once a week for a month then monthly for 5 more months. I am just starting on them and know it should get better but I need to exercise sooo bad yet I barely have energy to get through my day! Help! I need motivation and ideas!
