Yes, take it out the night before to defrost then heat in microwave untill the egg has heated through.....good if your on the go which most mornings I am.....and the kids love them.......xx

Hi, I find most of the food I eat is on the database...even its quick low - fat ready meal from my local supermarket....if i do come across somthing thats not i will add it on, most of the UK lables now have to have the nutritional label displayed on the front of the packaging...so it much easier......:)

I sleep after, wake early afternoon....usually the first meal is breakfast then lunch around early evening then dinner when im at work......just wondered if that was how to when working the night shifts.......x

Hi Paul welcome..... im sure you will find everyone here very friendly and helpfull.....im also a UK member ( a yorkshire lass) i found this site via an APP for my I phone.....I love it...I know every were I go my phone is with me so if I do eat anything - phone out and input it straight away... Well must go got work to…

Lets dance all the way its fun and the whole family even join in...i must say my six year old son is the best at it hel oves wigglein those hips......the wii fit Plus is also a must....more activities to do plus i love the little piggyu bank that tells you how may calories you have burnt after each activity.....

I turn 30 on the 27th of oct........thaks guys these few messages have spured me on even more to do it...now i know there is people out there to help and give advice.....go go go.....i will fit into that size 10 (Uk) dress for my 30th Bday party....:)
