Sorry you were attacked by this useless, microscopic to the world, coward. I knew this guy who insulted people all the time because of peer pressure, if you said an insult to him, he would be quiet and be sad. That shows that a lot of bullies are made because they are pressured to do so. The best thing is just to ignore…

I lift weights and do cardio.. And I don't feel like spending money on protein supplements so I eat meat. But I do eat a lot of good vegetables also. It is all based on personal decision. Good luck!

If it is really pain, then you may have pulled a muscle, if not, then it's just from your intense workout. The best way to prevent pulling a muscle is to warm up before your workout and cool down after your workout (stretching and walking). The warm up will make the blood flow better and warm your muscles so they can be…

I do a mix of different stuff, but the 5 I usually do are: Crunches Lunges with bicep curls Jumping Jacks Jogging for 30 minutes OR running in place for 30 minutes Pushups I don't see a lot of improvement on the pushups, and I've tried lot's of different tips to help with pushups but a lot don't seem to be working. Thanks…

Nice, carbon steel is really strong, except it rusts easy, which is the only downside for me because I use my knives in all kinds of environments :P

Lol it seems like all the calm people have all the weapons xD (which is true for all the people I know) And I made a mistake by buying a machete at walmart, the blade started to bend when I was working with it.

of course :D

guns are cool too! (:

I appreciate your service in protecting our country. I also appreciate these tips! Sounds like a good plan (:

Pretty much anything that has a sharp blade with a handle :P I have a Gerber survival knife, and it seems to be holding up to the tests I've put it through.

Lol any knives. Kitchen, survival, hunting, etc...

I've seen that brand, the only ones I saw looked like skateboarding shoes. Maybe you could find a good pair of running shoes somewhere for a low price. You could ask a doctor about your heel too. I had the same problem with my toes getting tore up because I decided to run in hiking shoes... Anyways, good luck!

You could try putting cotton between your heel and your shoe. That way it'd be softer and still be snug. What type of shoes do you run/walk in?
-
That's awesome!! Congratulations!
-
sounds like you have a good plan! I will try that starting today. Thanks!

Thanks! And yeah, I've been aware of the growing part since I started researching all of this, lol. I just want to shed the weight that I gained that could've stayed off with better eating.
