I am actually supervised by a doctor...who I am sure is a little more educated than you. I will continue doing what I am doing and following the diet which was laid out by my doctor.

Not to discourage you but my stretch marks have actually gotten worse. It might be that they just are more noticeable, hoping they go away with more weight loss.

I always have 10 chocolate chips after dinner. It helps with cravings and I build it into my calories. I've been able to stick to my diet now for 20 days with this little trick. (down 19 pounds)

I always lose weight in my face and hands first. Of course, my face is the first to gain too.

Most my carbs come from fruits. I am not below my recommended carb levels. I have modeled my diet off the Paleo Diet. I am losing weight fine with everything, just wanted answers about taking the vitamin. Thanks!

I used to drink at least a can of diet soda a day. Last week I gave up junk, bread and diet soda. I have lost 10 pounds! I don't know if the diet soda has something to do with it, but it surly makes me feel better! Less sluggish

some foods have negative amount of calories too because it takes more energy to eat the food than the foods itself. so eat as much (welll not as much) but enough to make you full of any of these foods :] hope this helps. yes but once you start eating again you will gain all that weight back...and likely hood you will gain weight before you lose it because you will go into starvation mood. I work out both. Its hard because I work the normal 8 hour shifts daily. But I get up an extra 30 min early and go for a 3 mile jog. Just to boost my metabolism. Then in the evening is when I do my strength training, ab work, or agilities...along with quicker mile runs. Once you get in the routine it really comes second…
