    and when she starts eating normal again, just watch 15lbs come back on! Don't try to rush weight loss, do it in a healthy way.. quick fixes never stay over time

    yes but once you start eating again you will gain all that weight back...and likely hood you will gain weight before you lose it because you will go into starvation mood. If you want a quick fix do it your unhealthy way, but if you want the pounds to stay off and for good exercise on a daily basis (even if its a brisk walk) and eat at least 1200 calories a day.

    You should not consume less than 1200 cals per day, anything less is unhealthy and can have negative side effects. Weight loss is not a sprint it is a marathon, slow and steady wins the race.
