  • I think you can to some extent. I find the "week average" bar on the chart to be a nice portion of forgiveness if I have a naughty day surrounded by some good days.   • Kell your speed sounds about right for what i was like - best 5K was 25mins but I nearly died! 10K was 62mins - oh how I longed to get under the hour! half marathons were like 2 and half hours but that was more about enjoying it than getting a good time - I could do it all without stopping, just very slowly!
