I just wondered how big a "cup" of water should be - I have a 1L bottle of mineral water to work through this afternoon, but I dont know how many cups that adds up to.

Thanks,
Emma

A liter is around 33 ounces, so it's about 4 cups.

    240 ML =1 cup or 8 oz

1L is 1000 ML's so that is about just under 5 cups  (960 ml )
