  • Yep! it "traps" about half the fat and prevents it from being absorbed by the body. Its called Ali.
  • I remember researching this years ago and read somewhere that as fat breaks down ( through a long,drawn out process) it eventually is carried out when we breath! Hence the need of good ol' cardio to lose weight. If I am wrong please correct me!
