People who don't follow the order in the circuit training room. They are numbered for a reason!! Also, the guy who carries his pillow around. I still haven't figured out why. :noway:

Anything I do at home I do barefoot, I've also been known to slip off my sneakers while at the gym on the elliptical. :embarassed: My son's orthopedist told me, typically the cultures with the best "foot health" go barefoot the majority of the time. So that's how we roll around this house.

You mean WHOLE PAYCHECK??? Your budget definitely sounds doable! I prefer smaller markets because I don't like crazy crowds. Our WF is always packed. But they have a great selection of things you won't find at other markets. But, then they are over priced on some items. I paid 2x as much for eggs, as I do for the…

I have a horrible tendency to purge everything. Even my precious children's lovely crafts and paintings. So what I've started to do it keep a select few to frame and hang, and then I take photos of the rest and create photobooks online. They make great gifts for grandparents and you can put the book on your shelf to pull…

1 Mango diced, 4-5 Strawberries sliced, and 1 cup kefir or some OJ for the liquid and a hand full of ice . Sometimes I add 1TBS of Wheat germ as well.

I started Monday and have already lost more than with the 30DS! I definitely tightened up during 30DS but yo-yo'd between the same 5lbs the whole time. This week they're gone! Can't wait for next week. It's kind of hard to follow at first but I'm getting the hang of it.

running shorts with the built in butt huggers! they also make chaffing lube that helps a lot. my hubby uses it for cycling as well.

Mine should be delivered today. I'll be starting Monday too. I'm not sure what the "Inferno" plan is, but I was planning on doing the 12week plan, one painful day after another.

Mix it with some squash, cherry tomatoes, parmesan and quinoa pasta, for a nice and fresh pasta primavera. Yum!

Bumpity bump! I could use a few new pals! A few of mine have gone inactive. :ohwell:

Are you drinking enough? Sometimes when I feel hungry, all I really need is a drink!

I know Motherhood Maternity has a line designed by Reebok. It's not super spendy. For most of my pregnancies I just sized up in normal clothes and bought a few nice maternity staples for work. Macy's & Boscovs usually have a small maternity section with lots of sale items as well. Check out the Liz Lange line from Target.…

Take some benadryl, and get to an MD, if it is an allergic reaction, ask for a script for an epi-pen.

I have KP too, I haven't noticed a difference yet, but you give me hope!
-
Yes! Or consign your old stuff, and pick up some new to you stuff! Congrats!

You can get it at Target, WalMart, anywhere really! I'm on Day 9. Good luck! You'll also need some hand weights; 3 or 5lbs and a mat if you are working out on the hard floor.

I'm so sorry for your loss! Welcome back. I hope you find the support here that you need, and if you don't, I'm a member of another board with a wonderful support network for Mama's who experienced losses as well. I can give you the info if you'd like.

Today is my Day 8!! Still going strong! I went to the gym too yesterday so I'm pretty sore today, but going to have to get over it! Anyone else still on board? I can finally do the bicycle crunches without stopping!

You got a lot of good advice here! Consider adding a toner to your skin care routine as well. It doesn't have to be a super strong one either. You'd be amazed at the dirt and oil still on your skin even after washing with a good cleanser!

I have no personal experience with them, but from what I understand they usually resolve on their own sometime in early childhood like 90% of the time. Have you talked to your pediatrician?
-
I loathe level 2 as well. Some of the movements just feel so harsh and unnatural. Or maybe I'm just that out of shape. :frown: I quit after level 2 last time, but not this time!

I've read anywhere from 300-800 per day. It probably varies depending on how old your baby is and how much they are nursing. My son is almost 15months and still nursing, but I personally don't count those calories anymore since he is only nursing 3-5 times a day and only for a few minutes each time.

Today was my day #1 too! I've never made it past 10 days, but determined to thus time! You'll be amazed at the changes in your body after just a week. I love Jillan!
