February and March have been stale in the loss dept for me. Not sure why I haven't dropped a single pound.. The only conclusion I can come up with is that I'm building muscle back in my body, but legs mostly, after not using the left leg for most of 2019. *sigh* I'll keep on, keepin' on.

I've just been going to Anytime Fitness since I've had a membership there for 2 years and barely used it pre accident haha I've already gotten a LOT stronger just from the handful of workouts I've done :)

Hi! I'm Jesi and I'm 30. Back in 2011-2012 I lost 48lbs by using MFP, then I graduated college, life happened and here I sit at 320 (+70lbs). I've been using MFP religiously again since the new year and always welcome new MFPals to connect with! I'm getting married June 2021 so I have more motivation to drop some lbs!

Open the MFP app then go to More then to Steps. Select Add a device. Select Apple Watch. Then go to the Health app on your phone > Steps > Data Sources & Access. Toggle on MFP.

I LOVE my Lubriderm Daily Moisture. My hands were always bad esp in the winter from bartending and washing glasses and that's what works wonders for me..

I wear my Fitbit Flex all day, every day. I wear my Polar F4 only when doing extra exercise IE skiing, snowshoeing, running, biking, etc.

I gave up drinking in college so I could go to the gym at 7, 8, 9:00 every night. It was primo. No one there and I gave up booze and lost lbs like cray cray.

I log everything on MFP. When I go to the gym and use my Polar HRM, I log it into MFP and it will sync that burn into the time frame on my Fitbit.

Yep! I had a Polar FT4, sold it, got an H7, it sucked, and bought another FT4 and am still in love! ETA: I also have a Fitbit Flex. SO happy I finally gave in and bought one a few weeks ago!
