2 mornings a week I have 1 cup frozen berries (black berries, raspberries, strawberries) mixed with 1 cup of skim milk (runnier) or 1 cup fat free cherry yogurt (makes it almost like a sorbet!! Circuit Training, level 1 is approximately 200 calories burned in 20 minutes for most people, not the 550+ that MFP says if you plug in 20 mins of CT. As a rule of thumb I always divide MFP calories burned in half since I dont have a HRM, better to be under and work harder than think you're over but not actually be over.
