  • I am not an expert or anything but I would try eating 5-6 small meals a day and switch up your carb/protein/fat ratio. You are not eating enough and there is a lot of bread and grain in your diet. While shakes are good using them as a meal several times a day isnt ideal. Also getting atleast 20 min of cardio a day is a…
  • I got my wisdom teeth out in January. I lost 15 pounds originally because I couldn't eat solids for over a week. Within 6 days of eating semi normal foods again my body regained 11 of those pounds. My doctor told me during my time of eating so much less my body stored the foods because it felt like it was in starvation…
  • I have super large calves and no matter how much weight I lose my calves stay huge.
  • Mostly the variance is MFP does not accurately know your resistance levels. Because on cardio equipment you can push harder or slower it's an estimate.
  • Since you like to snack on yogurt, get the high calorie yogurts. It will go a long way. You want to try to always consume net 1200 calories. Mostly because if you don't you body MAY go into starvation mode throughout the day and store foods that you consume instead of using them properly and it CAN hurt your metabolism…
  • I think this is a pretty good interperation of the eating before sleep debate. Whether or not to eat before bed is a common debate among weight-loss seekers. Though research findings are mixed, the total amount of food consumed daily, physical activity and overall lifestyle habits remain significant elements of maintaining…

  • You look terrific! That's one awesome years progess! Congrats!
  • What is your strike like? Do you run on the balls of your feet? TYhe type of shoes you wear and the surface your running on can play a factor too. I've had pain in my toes, heels, and the balls of my feet as I got used to running daily. I watched some youtube vidoes on running mechanics and they helped a lot.
  • I switch at about ever 600km. But make sure you get shoes that work for you. Go to a store that has someone who will watch while you walk and see if your pronate or not.
  • That is awesome! Congrats on the great work! I always find being able to see your progess as the best motivation to keep going!
  • I'm not sure what your studying, but it sounds like your really time crunched. If you have a gym membership you can ride on a stationary bike or walk on a treadmill while you are studying. When I was doing online classes I would take my tablet to the gym and read/respond to message posting and course notes while…
