  • I've just managed to cut back on my sugar. i use to have two in each cup! and for ages i refused to change but now have sweetner :) I love a cup of tea, and it really seems to help with my cravings. unless when i go to make one in the office kitchen and theres biscuits there, then its a disaster :)

  • I personally say eat what you want, workout when you want and enjoy it! :) life isnt about always obessing over food and worrying. Counting calories on Holiday? forget it :) and then when you get back work your *kitten* off for a week or so and you'll be fine. Ps very jeolous :)
